Starting as a small law firm in Patna, Bihar- Prashant Law Chmber was born when our founder Shri Prashant Kumar started his practice in High Court of Patna in 2012. 12 years later, he decided to branch out to New Delhi, where he first started his practice. Today, we stand tall with 23+ years of experience under our belt, ready to represent your case and creat history.
Specializing in corporate law, arbitration and insolvency matters, Prashant Law Chamber has successfully represented numerous clients in court and continues to do so with pride .
Shri Prashant Kumar
Our founder and guide, Shri Prashant Kumar is an alumnus of University of Delhi and a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association. With 23+ years of experience and profound knowledge of criminal and corporate legal complicacies; he specializes in corporate litigation, arbitration and insolvency matters.
Further, he is the first advocate from Bihar to have passed the famed Insolvency Professional Exam by IBBI.
